Noticed something different at Audubon Park in New Orleans

They previously had a sign about the park’s past as an area of farming sugarcane. Sign is now gone. So can we no longer reference agriculture before 1865?

Was it right on the running path? I run there a good bit, and don't remember one on that side of the park.

I actually saw cotton growing for the first time the other day, it was frickin' beautiful.

Yes, inside of the blacktop running path. The post and “frame” are still there. Looks like the signage was removed
