I remember when the bars in the French quarter didn’t card in the late 1990s and I could buy an alcoholic beverage while I was underage
The 3 for 1 drinks during the day, in the Quarter in the 90’s at Cat’s Meow. That’s was some fun times.

My life and friends that I had before I joined the military and spent twelve years destroying my body.
Had a great life with great friends but they all forget about you once you sign on the dotted line for Uncle Sam.
Eta: poncho's Mexican restaurant. Miss that place as well.

When I was in high school in the mid seventies everyone got along.
Stable neighborhoods and communities, which have been replaced with race/gender.
Thats why the country is so antagonistic.
People used to grew old in the hood they grew up in. New they sell and run when there's enough profit in it.

New Years Day big 5 bowls.
Hanging out with friends and family and no one talking politics. Not out of courtesy, people just didn’t care as much.
