I believe in dressing professional and I don’t like tattoos or ear gages but most people don’t care anymore. As long as they do a good job and don’t turn off customers I wouldn’t have a problem with it.

Personally, I think nose rings that pierce both nostrils is animalistic. I would not have hired her for that reason alone. I say that even if she was 10/10.
To answer your questions, you need to tell your hiring manager your standards and that a nose ring of that type is not acceptable. Yes, she’s into kinky shite. She wants you to clip your leash to her nose and let you walk her around like your little pet. Do not take the bait otherwise you’ll get fired or sued.
Best advice is to treat her like a normal person. Explain to her the importance of first impressions and if she would be agreeable to wearing clear piercings while at work. If she is unagreeable to those terms, let her go.
