I'd say that is pretty much the South. I have been around a generous amount of SLA people and none have really struck me as uber intelligent. Rudy Niswanger won the Academic Heisman and he's from Monroe. Haven't seen anyone from SLA do that.

As much as I’d hate to do it Texas would be fine so that we can have a competent government. South Louisiana can hate us all they want, they are shite at running a state.

Sorry, we would have to decrease our iqs 30 points to join ark. Worked there 2 years and people with even an average iq were hard to find.
