Unless you get caught.

Not sure how you catch them.

Pursue and run their arse into a tree or ditch like they do in the suburbs or just shoot them.

Most of these idiots really don't know how to ride and will kill themselves eventually. Several years ago my son and I were playing golf at our local goat ranch and two idiots were trying to run away from a deputy on stolen ATV's, at the end of the road is a sharp curve....one barely made it but the other rolled it into the ditch and the bike ended up on him. Cop rolls up jumps out laughing and took his sweet time cuffing him first then rolling the bike off. The other fool came back to see where his bud was and another car got him.

It's just because they've been shooting a lot of music videos lately.

Using a paintball gun on them would be hilarious - they don't wear helmets.

The issue is nothing new and nothing most cities really care about

Oh really? Maybe these cities are just led by idiots who don't care about public safety.

A few months ago I got stopped by a game warden on my 4 wheeler on a dirt road in Evangeline Parish. This area is nothing but rice and bean fields, the only people who use these roads are farmers.

Now, I think it was pretty crappy, but if I'm gonna get stopped out in BFE on my 4 wheeler, the cops should be enforcing the law in N.O.

The Calmes fella in Denham got pinched for laundering drug money. Wonder if there's an ATV dealer around NOLA doing the same thing. It would partially account for why these things have become so popular with folks that have little regard for the law.

This should totally be allowed and put into practice.

Getting hit with a paintball while going thirty hurts like a bitch.
