The irony of his whole bullshite tirade is that he works in the craft beer industry, which is quite possibly the least diverse field in the entire United States. Brewers are like 97% straight white males, if not more. The few minorities I’ve come across are usually packaging guys. They inevitably set up shop in gentrified neighborhoods, so they’re pushing out minorities from their communities and their customer base is also overwhelmingly white people with higher than average incomes.

Neck tats, ear gauges and facial hair =\= diversity.

But somehow this isn’t as bad as innocuous troop names at a summer camp that nobody has said one iota about in 50 years.

Get off your fricking high horse and stop being offended on behalf of people who aren’t offended themselves.
