I believe they follow the guy bc they KNOW he is a Saint and want to be there to get the sales commission when he asks about something.

Also, BS on the beeper part. I haven't seen a beeper in over a decade so no one thinks he's a drug dealer bc he has an "electronic device" on his hip.

Just a few issues with this...

1. How the frick is he reading peoples minds? Does this mean the Saints D is gonna know the play prior to snap? I'm feeling better about the coming year!

2. Do they even make beepers anymore? Is he a time traveler too who has been jumping between the present and past where beepers are prevalent?

During a test near Audubon Park, "a housing provider did not show up to the prearranged appointment to view the apartment with an African-American tester, but did show up that same day to show the apartment to the white tester. The owner subsequently contacted the white tester and tried to lure him into taking the apartment with a break on the utilities payment. The owner never contacted the African-American again."
