Do you know Louisiana/New Orleans has some of the lowest number of college graduates? Chicago is a war zone and has a thriving business economy. The problem isn't crime its the lack of education and its not only blacks that contribute to that. What corporation would invest in a city when there is no one quliafied for those jobs in the city.

Chicago's crime is segregated.
New Orleans crime is a block away or less. My gf lives on by all accounts an "ok" street/area by Martin's. Nice houses and good neighbors. Every day I count numerous thugs wandering around on foot or bikes sizing up cars, houses, etc. Crime doesn't stay in one area in NOLA.

Well that's not really true. Chicago has a large area that is really really bad but it also has vast swaths of safe, thriving communities straight out of the Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles, National Lampoons, Christmas Vacation, and Ferris Beuller's Day off. NOLA's murder rate is over double what Chicago is and it's spread out all over the place.

Nashville is increasingly becoming a transient town. If you spend any time there you're going to find more and more people who aren't from there originally, but moved there because it's a great place. It is a good thing. They were fortunate enough to turn around certain areas before they got too bad.
Mid City is booming with people moving into the area. There are still pockets of trash, but they'll be priced out shortly. It is a good thing and I can't wait until all of the shite bag low lifes are gone.

Yep. That's because of this bull shite idea that everyone is entitled to a free college education--SUNO graduates about 6% of their kids every four years. SUBR isn't much better. All of the satellite LSU and UL campuses aren't great either. But LSU, UL, Tulane and Loyola fare pretty well.
The low graduation rates aren't indicative of the actual number of people qualified to take jobs--it's indicative of the fact that Louisiana has an over-saturation of colleges which try to sustain themselves by letting anyone in, collecting tuition for a semester or two and then processing them out.

I, for one, would be EXTREMELY interested in learning about all the black architects and city planners who literally put New Orleans on the map... I love the timeless European feel of the French Quarter.
Garden district, too. Whole different style but just as wonderful.
Cajun food and zydeco music... of African American origin as well? Muffulletas, too? Damn. I had no idea.

That AAs are responsible for 99.9% of the crime that takes place in the city? Of course. I'm questioning the way to break the cycle.
The overwhelming majority of people are products of their environment. Sure, there are outliers,for example, that squander a trust fund or get out of the ghetto and accomplish great things. I'm searching for a way to end the dependency, poverty, and crime that the entitlement state played a huge role in creating.
