Group of friends I’m with are convinced the animals all died/or freed themselves and were roaming freely in the French Quarter.

I’ve even heard some tales about sharks swimming through the streets of New Orleans.

Is there any truth to this?

They pretty much just all died as I understand it. No sharks got out.

How would you reckon a fish would free itself from an aquarium?

Never thought of this. Had to be hard cleaning out the tanks.

You know the dinosaurs in the IMAX movie aren’t real, right?

Your friends are retarded. The aquarium animals all died.
It was the zoo animals that were roaming the streets.

It's true. I saw a few urchins on bourbon street a couple years ago.

Great whites were swimming down Canal Street that lead to a Wrestlemania type battle with a 15ft gator.

Some say animals still roam the streets of New Orleans at night. But I don’t believe them.
