Least surprising news I’ve ever heard. Ever.

I got a bunch of compost put out one day at our old house. Several days later our house, which I had never seen a roach, was crawling with them suckers. It was so bad one fell on me while I was asleep. 8am I was on the phone with an exterminator. While on the phone, the exterminator was explaining the process and I interrupted him and said, "just come", and then he was explaining the billing, and I said, "just come on". When he got there I told him we were going to the movies for the day and to just keep spraying. He solved the problem, but I think it killed every invertebrate within 200 feet of the house.

We call them Palmetto Bugs. Roach sounds so trashy.

It’s a roach and it still carries harmful pathogens. Doesn’t matter what you people call it.

Houston says Hi

It is wild here. We have pest control spray to keep it to a minimum but we see them all through the hot weather and there aren't a ton of trees near our house.

In Baton Rouge we rarely saw them and had trees everywhere.
