WILD night in New Orleans Warehouse District...
Just outside WDSU in front of 2 restaurants drivers cutting up on city streets while dozens in their car entourage follow, watch and video.
This went on for 10 minutes before NOPD arrived.

Hell we used to race up and down Airline between Cortana and Hollywood on the weekends. (70's).
