How many lives did this save last year? That's right - 0.

I am trying it out, but I won't have much success. I can't grow a lot of facial hair due to a pretty gnarly face burn when I was a kid, so what takes a normal person days to grow, would be months for me.

You think it's cool not giving a shite about cancer?

No shave November is misogynist because it excludes women and poc

Science disagrees with you
quote:
"An intermediate level of beardedness is most attractive, while full-bearded men may be perceived as better fathers who could protect and invest in offspring," they write.
Beyond attractiveness, researchers also found that facial hair affects perceived fertility as well. The more facial hair a man had, the more masculine a woman perceived him to be — especially when she was in the fertile phase of her menstrual cycle.
Dixson and Brooks came to their conclusions by showing pictures of 10 smiling men at different stages of beard growth to 351 women and 177 heterosexual men.
As the Register UK observed, evolution is at work here.
"Beardedness is a prehistoric condition," reported science writer Rik Myslewski, who argues that beards have long been a "strong indication of maleness surrounding puberty."
Therein lies the magnetic power of the beard.
"Thus, beard quality, thickness, and fullness would signal to potential mates that he was sexually mature and prepared for fatherhood," Myslewski writes. "This makes beardedness a sexual characteristic that is potent to women."

Be careful where you donate, typically "education" and "awareness" are buzz words for profit in charity circles. Do you research before donating, other than that I fully support. Of course I won't participate because I'll be shaving once a week like a fricking grown up.
I would recommend St. Baldrick's Foundation.
St. Baldrick's Foundation
Or the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation
Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation
I've had friends and family who have directly benefited from their work when their children were diagnosed with cancer. Two very excellent organizations.

Science also says that women like a man with money and a big cock. I believe those two things will make up for my lack of facial hair this month.

Thanks, always good to hear a positive review of a charity. There's so many shady fricks out there.

If by "triple fricked", you mean ganged up on by your mom, wife, and sister, then yeah, I guess I am.

BTW...frick you. I have a nephew and a daughter of a very close friend who are both alive today due to early diagnosis and treatment of Neuroblastoma. If the money helps support further research, then I'm all for it.

Nah but it's pretty thick and badass. I have trimmed it some here and there to shape it so my sides don't stick out past my ears and such. I'll probably whack it down some in the next week or two before I head to New York for a meeting and that makes me sad.

I don't think I shaved in October so it may be a no shave 4th quarter. I can probably clean it up in time for Christmas.

How about just donate money instead of participating in this stupid shite ?

Because then you wouldn't be a fricking lemming, and you wouldn't be able to flood social media with a bunch of "look at me and my facial hair" bullshite for an entire month.

Sounds like the dude who took your girl must've had a nice big beard and hog.
