there are several other reasons it could be.
and just getting some on the side can lead to him losing his kids.
its not that easy in real life.
We don't know if they can talk about it. a psychologist meeting would get things started. maybe she has physical issues that hormone therapy would address. Maybe she does not want any more kids.
if she is of good will, and actually loves him she could make out with him, and give him hj's that last a long slow time and now and then lick his balls even if she doesnt want any. We can't presume she is a moron or an a-hole until we investigate the root causes.

22 years here. OP simply needs to approach her and tell her that it is not working for him. He should ask her what her thoughts are to fix things.
If she has no solutions, you should suggest she sees a psychiatrist. A psychologist is not an MD and cannot write prescriptions.
If she is unable to do anything to fix it, you should ask her to help you choose who you are going to sleep with since she is unwilling. She could even help you pick some strange up.
Does she have any family members that you are attracted to?

Celebrating 21 next month, and the fire died a long time ago. I should have seen it coming when she traded in her bachelorette party lingerie for flannel nightgowns, cause "married people don't really do all that."
Good thing is I'm only 4 yrs away from no child support, and I'll still have a few miles left on me.

My first wife pulled this shite on me and we didn't have any kids. We were married three years but was together five. When I would get home from work( she never worked aka lazy bitch)she was saying she was sick. This went on for a couple months and sure enough she was screwing some guy. When I got remarried several years ago I made it understood that if the " hold out game" came into our relationship then I would be gone....haven't had a problem yet
