You can barbecue anywhere you want, brah. Just use common sense.

Crock pot + Liquid smoke = BBQ

BBQing is a pig on/in a pit (or beef if you're from Texas) Hotdogs, hamburgers and steaks go on a grill and thats grilling

A "grill pit" is a hole in the ground where you build a fire and reduce the coals to cook in the ground, like a pig roast. You ain't doing that in your apartment anyway so who TF cares?
