I wasn't talking about the ones currently on death row. I said other potential criminals. The prison system isn't just about punishing current criminals. It's also to serve as a deterrent to others. Not hard to understand.

And like the other guy said, I'm sure the A/C situation at the prison is the determining factor in whether or not lev'onte pulls the trigger.

Humans lived for thousands and thousands of years without AC. They will be fine. If it gets so hot that people begin dropping dead then consider moving them temporarily until it cools off.

I would not oppose them getting a/c, but there should not be a constitutional right to a/c.

Hell, change the form of execution from lethal injection to heat stroke and add a heater. Every August we'd make room for the new crop. When there's one left, then you turn the A/C on. Call it a stay of execution.
