The top right box clearly states that if you test negative, practice good hygiene and self isolate if appropriate.
That means if negative:
1)Do what you do but wash your damn hands.
2)If you feel like shot even though you tested negative, don't hang around people.
Is that chart really that confusing?

Your argument, intentional, or not, has been you still have to quarantine even if tested negative.

I read that in the context of how long test results to come back. If you get tested, I think your supposed to isolate until you get your results which could be 14 days or longer so you end up isolating either way.

thats not my argument....I was telling him that the guidelines recommend you should self quarantine if you have come into contact that someone that has tested positive
