My wife took my mother-in-law down to Opelousas Saturday because she wanted to look at a Nissan Juke
That part of the OP is the most important.
Wife and mother-in-law going to buy a Nissan Juke...
Was there not a single person around to guide her toward another vehicle?
That is the frick-ugliest car on the road, and it has the piece of shite CVT transmission.

Ha! Banks do, governments do not.
Im pretty sure that the the state caps how much a dealership can mark up a rate. At least thats what Ive been tolld by someone who should know. I know that banks have their own rules but they have to still go by state laws.

I once pulled over at Nissan Opelousas to take a call and the salesman was knocking on my window within 1 minute of my arrival. As a professional salesman I was astounded by the audacity of this guy. He was banging on my window and asking me to step out of the car.
you sure that wasnt a crackhead?

Most states have caps on how much interest that can be dharged by a bank on a vehicle loan, but no, there are no state laws that govern the spread between a buy and sale rate.
