His estate gets paid off of its contract with Nike.

And right now his estate is going to miss out on a temporary demand bump.

Not how it works when you’ve got 20+ pair that you store in Tupperware containers for their protection. Don’t be afraid to make some black friends.

Now they want to make even off the items made in sweat shops. Kapernick should be proud.

Yes. You said that you "doubt his estate is directly tied to Nike"

It is directly tied.

Now, you are trying to suggest you mean his ENTIRE estate or even a SIGNIFICANT portion and that is not what was stated / asked.

There is a direct tie. That is all that has been addressed

And any bump will be short-lived.

Nike will have a memorial shoe out in less than 6 months that will be a limited edition and cost a fortune both on the primary and secondary market so this crap of them protecting his estate and the consumer is a load of crap.

I meant in the sense that he already has $600 million in other assets. At this point, his estate is just fine with or without Nike.

Quit trying to tell me what I meant. I know what I meant and what I posted. His estate is not DIRECTLY tied to Nike as it has a crap load of other assets.
