absolutely addicted to Zyn

Zyn is a nightmare

I used to dip for years, quit that cold turkey no problem at all. Zyn came out and I thought, hmm no cancer risk I'll try it. Next thing you know it's a can or more a day, and that shite is 7 bucks a can.

Recently had neck/oral surgery and used it as an excuse to quit. I'm 4 weeks without a Zyn and I still crave it constantly.

If you've ever smoked habitually like I did, you'll know that sometimes when you haven't smoked in a long time and you finally get a cigarette and smoke it really fast, when that nicotine hits your system, you can feel it. Actually,I don't know if it's the nicotine or some of the other chemicals in a cigarette, but you can definitely feel it.

This right here.

Smoked in college. Started exercising. And quit.

Would have one after dinner years later and bang, I was dizzy.

Enjoyed it.

You do know that there are other delivery systems for nicotine, right?

You realize that's irrelevant to my point, right?

Just thinking about it makes me think about smoking again. There are few things as satisfying as a cigarette after a meal.

Forgot to add it to my post but Zyn isn't completely harmless. I pretty much had one after another all day unless I was asleep or eating.

I had stomach issues and had to start blood pressure medicine. Nothing crazy, BP increased to 145/90 (no history of high blood pressure) small dose of Lisinopril.

Since quitting my BP is back to normal 117/78. It's actually getting too low while I'm on the meds and I'll be able to get off them now.

Not within the context in which it was made, no it’s not.

It just raises your BP and is hard on your cardiovascular system. Conventional medicine gets some things wrong. But it doesn't get everything wrong and that seems to be RFKs starting premise.

I’m wondering what the dosage used in the Alzheimer’s research is?

Could very well be very small doses help with Alzheimer’s without getting the systemic issues present if you smoke unfiltered Camels or Chesterfields.

My dad used to chew Levi Garrett back in the day

My dad did this when he was tilling the garden or cutting grass.
I used it a few times in my teens then never had a desire again until I was in my 40’s. Job was stressful and many of my coworkers dipped. I’m trying to ween off by starting with Zyn.
