I’m learning that people care way more about cheerleaders than the football happening on the field.
I’ll stick to watching the football and not giving two shits about some damn cheerleaders.

Because NFL cheerleaders aren’t about spirit. They’re basically a sideline burlesque show for the overwhelmingly male audience. Which is why the whole gay cheerleader thing is idiotic. Once again, pro sports rubs their primary customers faces in something they never asked for and don't want, all because a small group demands it.

The white dude with the beard was an orientation leader/ambassador at LSU in the early 2010's and was friends with my girlfriend at the time. He acted like how you would expect. Im pretty sure he tried out for LSU as well.

All of the ones on the saints have a background in it. I scoffed at it at first but my employee explained how it expanded what they could do. The ones from Minnesota give me pause because I doubt their upper body strength

I mean I am fairly certain the saints have had men as cheerleaders for 3-4 years now. You are bit late to the outrage on this one.
ETA: Yea the first male Saintsation was in 2018. So this has been going on for actually 7 years now

The outrage in this thread is hysterical. If you have watched the NFL the last 7 years, I promise you it has been in front of you several times before now. So why do you all of sudden care now? We have already fought this fight and lost guys.

He was on the LSU squad at least one year; it’s on his TikTok; he was then a Saintsation/CheerKrewe member for 6 seasons

NFL has gone to hell since outing their political activism. I've been done with them ever since then and want nothing to do with the league.
I still love college ball although it has become pretty commercialized, so please excuse my naivety.
That leaves us with either Ghettoball or Baseball and professional level has never been been that attractive to me.
Maybe I should look into Curling.

I knew a couple of guys who did cheer. We all ribbed them and have them shite. Then found out years later the straight ones screwed all the cheerleaders.

One of my college roommates was a male cheerleader. Best two semesters ever. He was also straight, and would invite me to all of their parties. Would also bring cheerleaders to the apartment. Needless to say I owe him many things for the hot girls I had access to.
Naturally, the issue here that is being muddied up by the moderates and progressives is the fact that these aren't male cheerleaders doing what male cheerleaders do, which is base, lifting, and spotting. They are taking away spots from females and in some cases, are taking away the captain title from a female for the purpose of virtue signaling.
Normal people who watch the sport ultimately won't care about any of it, unless they have a friend or family member that is female and didn't make the team in place of a male.
