Presumed positive Covid19 individuals behavior
I have now run into 2 instances of presumed positive covid 19 individuals, one walking in the park, one using their offices still until their office was closed, everyone was notified, and the place detoxed.

I also witnessed the ambulance that took away the 3rd Covid 19 victim at a local old folks home. There is a pretty well substantiated rumor that several individuals moved out or just left the old folks home the day before upon hearing of the impending quarantine.

Apparently it is unlawful to disclose the name of presumed positive Covid19 individuals absent their consent or self disclosure.

My question is what guidelines/restrictions/penalties are in place or are being imposed on presumed positive Covid19 individuals to keep them from walking around and endangering us all further?
After all, in another epedimic, exposing others to Aids when you know you are positive finally became a criminal act. It seems to me that presumed positive Covid19 exposure could fall into this category.
What do you say to a friend when they walk up to you in public, keeping their social distance and announce not to come closer because they are Covid 19 presumed positive? Any advice?

Well.

That's far more entertaining than the average NextDoor post.

I saw a 35 pound tortoise. It didn't fit the description, so I just made roux instead.

Bless Nextdoor. Nothing but concern for fellow neighbors. Didn't see any speeding car shaming today.

Brokering Hand Sanitizer:

I just ordered some in bulk using my business license, because I couldn’t find any (or the ingredients) anywhere! Arriving next week from TX. I have 36 (2 oz) bottles. I am selling them at-cost!

I had trouble even finding a supplier... it’s crazy! The ones I ordered come in many different scents. I’d say they’re comparable to Bath & Body Works!

Alternatives:

Two recipes using bleach:
(1) The C.D.C. recommends using four teaspoons of bleach mixed with a quart of water.

(2) Dump the contents of a bottle of hand lotion into a mixing bowl, add bleach, mix well and return to the bottle. Be sure to mark the bottle "With Bleach Added: 1:64"

Bottle size --------- Amount of Bleach to Add
8 ounce --------------3/4 Teaspoon
16 ounce ------------1/4 ounce (1 1/2 Teaspoon)
32 ounce ------------1/2 ounce (1 Tablespoons)

Extra benefit: This small amount of bleach will leave your hands very clean and make your nails super white!

Of course if you are allergic to bleach don’t use these. You can also find others online

It's almost as bad as Facebook, and will be worse if/when media outlets figure out how to post their BS on it.

Surprisingly though, most everyone on mine is taking this situation pretty seriously and heeding the warnings. There are of course a few calling it "fake news" or "an election year scam to bring down the president" but they're getting shouted down by everyone else.
