Same scenario as Rodney King. That thucking fud led officers on 100+ mph chase thru residential areas, high on PCP, bum rushed the cops, kept fighting after more cops brought in, impervious to tasers, cops used batons in defensive tactics to protect themselves and SURVIVED!!!! that piece of shite should have been shot in the head in the first minute of the confrontation.
Difference is the cops were found innocent of civil rights charges and LA burned.

No, they tear down Oakland. My sister lives there and she said the OWS and Michael Brown protests were pretty scary.

there was an NPR story yesterday about how the Tech Companies are stating to take over Oakland. Pretty soon they'll run all the poors out of there like SF.
