Making a cheerleading squad at a major university would make u part of a pretty exclusive group, no? Yes they want u to be fit. And yes they want you to be attractive. This is nothing new.

Looking sexy has no race. Either you're hot or you're not. This has nothing to do with race. Implying that black women can't be as hot as white women is being racist.
With that being said, putting a hot black girl instead of a hot white girl doesn't change a damn thing about this. These people are just being butthurt @ssholes.

The team is 90% white. What's wrong with the standard reflecting that? Should they adopt African or Asian beauty standards? That'll go over like a lead balloon.

There are plenty of beautiful asian, latino, and black women. The real issue is men like skinny athletic women with nice tits and butts. Which is horrible - seeing as women hate men with nice pecks, abs, and buttocks.

I certainly agree with that. I'm just confused as to how Western beauty standards are inappropriate for women in a Western country. Is the argument that there should be no standards at all? Or are they supposed to use some other standard? Because then they'd be attacked for cultural appropriation.

There's actually some interesting research on what people find beautiful. It isn't really a cultural issue. We generally find Iman and Cindy Crawford beautiful even though they have very different features.
The common characteristics of people that are deemed beautiful are generally things like facial symmetry, skin without blemishes, nice teeth, etc. The probable reason (reasonable speculation at least) we find these things beautiful is they are signs of good physical health and therefore likely fertility.

It's scientifically proven that everyone including women view women as objects, not just hetero males.
