They do the homework. Mid-cap companies that they visit before they invest. When they do it always a 13D filing.

LA handsdown. Living in NYC would require a jacket for more than 3 months...and I can't deal with that.

Lived in both.

NYC, no debate, hands down.

The beach is awesome in California, but nothing compares to NYC. It's truly an adult playground.

every thread in the OT about NY is the same.... "You gotta be a billionaire or else you're living in the streets!!!". If you're making 75k a year you can live very comfortable in any part of Queens or the Bronx and 80% of Brooklyn. If you are making 100k you can live very comfortable pretty much anywhere in Brooklyn and many part of Manhattan.

Anyway the answer is NYC. LA is more like a ton of suburbs next to each other.

New York has something for everyone

What does it have for people that HATE cold weather and don't want to ever deal with snow?

ETA: I have loved every trip to NYC, def an awesome city obviously. Just couldn't live there and deal with the cold weather every year.

It has coffee shops on every corner so you can deal with it.

Also I was wrong when i said it has something for every one. NY is the center of the universe and its only for certain kinds of people.
