It's not going to be cold enough for anything to last long. It was 80 degrees here today and currently 68. All of the surfaces are really warm.

I just want to watch something fall out of the sky.

Several years ago, I had returned from Maui on a several months work assignment...perfect weather, everything was wonderful...until I was transferred right out from under my palm tree to Fayette, Alabama, just north of Tuscaloosa.

It was about this time of the year just as all the tornadoes began to spin. It seemed like once a week we were getting warnings.

I thought I'd been transferred to hell.
