if you want a good laugh, go to his facebook page (bon temps resort). some of the highlights include: worlds largest indoor theme park, large hotels, gated private community, shopping centers....all of this in beautiful HOUMA Louisiana! but apparently all he needs to get started is for his "bonds to get paid out" he's got 3 years of facebook posts saying "looks like we'll get our bonds paid out by the end of the month."

Holy shite that was a good laugh. I kind of felt bad for the guy. By the way, if anyone wants an old church short bus he is selling one for $4,000 on his theme park facebook page.

Those seems to be the lastest scams. There is a guy in Gulfport claiming to working on building a big Disney type park on the Northshore.

In the comments someone asked "why don't you use this for your park?" His response: "we're gonna have much nicer transportation than this."

Right.

OWA isn't a scam and will have a major impact on the Gulf Coast. The sports complex alone with boost the economy down here. Year in and out more sports teams and families are coming for tournaments and mini vacations. Businesses down here are seeing a direct positive benefit from it.

14 acres sounds really small.

I hate to see the express getting built up.

Now I'm gonna have to find a new route to Perdido.
Exit I-10 on the new Baldwin Beach Express, South to US Hwy 90, left (East) onto 90, South on County 87 at Elsanor, left onto US Hwy 98 just East of Elberta, stay on US 98 thru Lillian and into the State of Florida, turn South onto County 293 (Bauer Road) and then straight on to Hwy 292 (Sorrento Road).

Easy
