I heard that the curved panes of glass are the biggest ever made. $750k a pop, and they've broken a dozen of them so far. They're pushing the envelope in lots of places. All the tech companies have tons of cash and are in a game of one-upmanship.

Heck, check out NIVDIA's new place: LINK

Spent the last 8 months watching that place go up. It's pretty wild from the street. You can see it a good ways away coming in on the San Tomas Expressway every morning.

What do you think Salesforce is valued at currently?

Probably about the same when Microsoft and Oracle were looking to buy them $40-$50 billion.

MSFT went on and snagged linkedin for $20ish billion and that pissed off Salesforce. I thought SF was going to get Twitter, but the wisely did not. It would of hurt their value probably and not had the impact linkedin provides.

Salesforce is a legit competitor to Microsoft in CRM, so they will have a battle since they did not acquire.

It looks like an uncircumcised penis though

For comparison, this would be an example of a circumcised penis

Yeah, they took out the hotel portion. I am involved with 2 in Buckhead and 4 in Midtown that are under construction. Many more going through budget or GMP pricing right now.

Looks great, San Fran is my favorite city to visit in the country.

Amazing.

Not hard to imagine why they are so liberal up there, beautiful weather, scenery and aside from the homeless in the city, very little scum population like we have.

Looks like a great place for the homeless to camp out in the trees.

Is the Atlanta boom back? I remember the cranes you'd see around Buckhead and midtown area circa 1996.

Just curious...in what part of Sunnyvale is that going to be located?

I lived / worked in Sunnyvale from Nov 1981 - Nov 1983. I haven't been back there in about 30 years. Would it be safe to say that it's changed a bit?
