I don't like it. I think they could have moved around more and let her wear down. Had she actually charged then ok.

If I was drunk and I'm that trailer park, I probably would have run up from behind and speared her stupid arse. That would have EASILY taken care of that shite.

Nope. I’m a staunch supporter of law enforcement officers, but this one is no good. She wasn’t an immediate threat, and he wasn’t fearing for his life. His voice and demeanor tells it.

That cop should absolutely get prison time. Not only was she walking away, but he walked TOWARDS her several steps before shooting. I support law enforcement but holy shite balls, that officer is a coward.

I watched it again. It is easy to sit here and monday morning quarterback, but when he shot, she was actually sort of working away at an angle and sort of turned around and that's when he shot her.
He could have avoided shooting her, but like I said, it is easy to shite here and say what if, should have, etc..
Pepper spray would have brought her down. More than likely, she would have dropped the shovel to cover her eyes. I am not sure how he could justify feeling threatened, when he could have easily stayed out of range. If he would have jogged away and she followed, she would have likely, eventually fell down.

He actually stepped forward towards her. Seems pointless to shoot her in that situation. Do cops not understand that giving people ultimatums in situations like this don't work because they clearly aren't rational? Or is it just CYA for when you shoot later?
