I’ve never understood the inferiority complex that Baton Rouge has towards New Orleans.

This is what happens when someone that couldn’t run a McDonald’s is in charge of your city.

quote:I didn't see the segment. Tucker does distort at times, he has a bias. Tucker is a ham to a degree, especially when he uses that confused pussface affect after asking rhetorical questions.
Amazing that these people can recognize and point out media distortions from other outlets, but then turn around and hang on the words of Tucker fricking Carlson like he isn’t just the same thing in a different wrapper
Now, what did he ham it up about, what did he distort in this segment?
Which of these distortions, if you look inward, might not be distortions, but truths that make you uncomfortable?

I still can’t find where to watch the segment. Anyone have a link?

What was the number for 2020 and what was the number for 2021? You keep hanging your hat on this.

Have watched him once, years ago, that was enough. He's just a professional agitator.
But he's right about NO, but its not just NO, its most cities with a poor urban population.

Tucker's pretty cool...not a fan of bowties.
I was in that camp until I was at a wedding and required to wear one as part of wedding party formal attire. It is easier to tie and virtually impossible to spill your soup/food on a bowtie. I do not normally spill but after a beverage or seven it can be a different story.

So does that mean that soon thugs in NOLA will be pulling people out of their cars, shooting them, and driving off in the vehicle? So is NOLA a snapshot of what America will and is becoming?
More important is George Soros monitoring the mayhem and instructing his DA on what to do? Inquiring minds want to know.

Martial law is the only viable option for NOLA and ain't talking the National Guard - cuff the elected - jail the thugs for extended periods in various remote areas and allow the city to quiet and heal

Not hard to find the numbers. BTW the number was in the 300s much of the 90s. To pretend that this is a brand new and shocking trend is absurd.

People wanna be scared man. The crime doesn't bother me. The stench does tho.
Posted on 6/9/22 at 8:24 am to threeputt
The increase in murder from 2019 to 2021 is exactly 80%.
Posted on 6/9/22 at 8:26 am to threeputt
This really doesn't help your argument like you think it does.

Then he should have stated that. That’s not what he said.
The 218 murders in 2021 ranked smack in the middle of the number of murders per year over the last 50ish years (meaning half the years they had more murders and half the years they had less murders). This is not a new problem.
