Fatal Carjacking in French Quarter
°A 60-year-old Uber driver, Miguel Stemley, was killed in a carjacking incident on Bienville and Dauphine streets in the French Quarter around 8 PM on Thursday, October 9, 2025.
°Police report that a struggle with the suspect led to the vehicle rolling over, pinning Stemley, who was pronounced dead at the hospital.
