I see horses all the time in NOLA, but that’s a new one on carrolton.

I don’t know how to feel about this, because I get it’s annoying. But it’s also a Saturday night the weekend before Halloween. You kinda have to know bars are going to be slammed.

I think I know someone who could handle this:

quote: “Or, you know, make three warning shots in the air, and if after that the person does not abide by the law – make the fourth shot in his forehead,” the senior official added, describing the instruction as an “order.”

The party trailers are, of course, completely illegal but nothing is done about them

Before Katrina I lived in that neighborhood and used to go to Wits Inn occasionally (Mick's was my go to) and looking at the Facebook pics, the demographics have changed.

Besides the horses(which I don't really know what is going on there) it looks fairly tame.

Yeah, no.

You can’t just be out blocking Carrollton.

Y’all act like it’s some kind of crime to be wildin’ out and celebrating urban culture.

Don’t pee on da people’s parade.

Somewhat typical for there is be guys on horses down St Charles and Carrollton neutral grounds.

Sometimes there is horseshite in the neutral ground like the picture in the article.

Surprisingly for all the pee and horseshite in front of The Red Door she didn't manage to get any in her pictures.

Long story short, the locals want all debauchery and lawlessness relegated to the French Quarter. Not in the parts of town that they have their havens in.

Thing about this though, is it was locals behind it. Just locals that have expanded beyond their own havens...
