Principal with criminal record harasses teacher, gets off of liability although he was fired.

He’s a convicted felon with 7 arrests between 1994 and 2011 and a revoked teaching license, yet he still became a principal? Geez.

Most of these charter school systems in NOLA are a joke. Good thing the school system is 100% charter now!
