What dumb arse cop gets close enough to a sleeping homeless person to get grabbed around the neck? You wake up a drunk/druggie/crazy by kicking them in the bottom of the feet while standing as far away as possible.

Actually sounds almost like a choreographed action movie from the 80's. Grab 1st around neck while kicking another to crotch followed by head butting the 3rd.
