A second sweeping lawsuit has been filed against Nike Inc. in the wake of reports about a "boys' club" culture at the sportswear company.

This time, the lawsuit was filed on behalf of the company's shareholders, not former employees. It targets Nike's board of directors and co-founder Phil Knight, who stepped down from the board in 2016 but remains an emeritus director. The plaintiffs claim Nike's directors breached their fiduciary duty by "knowingly" ignoring a "hostile work environment that has now harmed, and threatens to further tarnish and impair (Nike's) financial position, as well as its reputation and goodwill."

"Stockholders are concerned that the board has allowed rampant sexual harassment and gender discrimination to go on within the company unfettered for as many as 20 years," said Pomerantz partner Gustavo Bruckner, who heads the firm's corporate governance litigation practice.LINK

if women are free to use the power of pussy anyway they so choose, then men should be free to use the power of money anyway they so choose.

How classic would it be if Fox could uncover some big sexual harassment at NIKE and Phil participated.

Apparently Kaepernick isn't the only person they are paying to kneel.

Cut them some slack. They're standing up against police brutality I think...

I know one of them, and he’s a nice guy. Used to be my neighbor when I was 3. Tim Cook seems nice as well.

he should be worried about the young labor getting paid 50 cents an hour to make the shoes but that is of no concern to them.

Nike is losing its profits and goodwill, but it ain’t because it’s some “boys club”...
