Most of us had them in middle and high school. At the time, unbeknownst to me, the hair cut was not coined The New Iberia Haircut. I can't imagine a grown arse man having that haircut on any day other than Halloween. When I try to explain to people in the Kansas City area where I'm from, I say the city where Tabasco sauce is made and is known for a shitty haircut.

Well, as outlined in the song. You don't leave New Iberia to go out in Maurice, you go out in Lafayette.
