You sure are angry that people like getting stoned more than eating nuts. Sounds like you're in the wrong industry. Cut down those pecans and start growing hemp.

The sponsor of the bill actually said that they have no documented cases of a store selling these to minors. He also said maybe we should table this bill until next year, but the righteous politicians passed it anyway in like the last 5 minutes of the legislative session. Louisiana politics at it's finest.

Why can't the state government here just stay out of everybody's shite? Everything they do is wrong. They totally ignore what the voters want, and won't even respond to their email. They have already let thousands of vape shops open up that is selling this, this will put them out of business and lose their investment.

This is what happens when you have too many republicans in office. You begin losing your freedom while they twist it around and say its the democrats taking away your freedom.

Totally disagree.

There are ZERO production standards for hemp based products. FDA won’t step in so 90-95% of the stuff you see is produced with chemical you don’t want to know about. No one checks expiration dates. No one checks THC levels for consistency. It’s bullshite.

If you consume this stuff, you best know the company well, the process they use to extract and so on. But understand, since there are no standards, it could be made up.

You know they go through extensive testing for metals and other chemicals? There is bar codes on the bags that you can scan to show test results.

Regardless, I don’t think people need daddy government to tell them they can’t eat a hemp gummy.

I do. My question and statement is to what standards? Who is watching the testing companies to make sure the test results are true? And so on. Trust that barcode right?

I know the industry and the cannabis industry pretty well.

Found the Anheuser-Busch salesman. You obviously have ZERO knowledge of how the industry and testing standards work; again, absolutely ZERO.

And when the degrading starts, you know something is up.

The 2018 Farm Bill, however, explicitly preserved FDA’s authority to regulate products containing cannabis or cannabis-derived compounds under the FD&C Act and section 351 of the Public Health Service Act (PHS Act).

I have no connection with the pharm or beverage industry. Take online advice from an essentially anonymous user ID for what it is worth. That goes both ways.

Enjoy your life as you wish.

Bill, can i put a solar panel on my 12x16 shed to keep a 12V battery charger that runs off 120V AC to keep my battery charged on my ATV?

I think so. I don't really mess with anything south of 3kW but they have small inverters on the market that would do that and probably be cost effective. Nothing i mess with would make sense. Even a single or dual panel with a micro would still need a combiner box that would crank the price up. One of those stand alone solar generators would probably do the trick though. I just don't know how much is cheap chinese junk vs something decent.

“Little”?
Highly connected cronies spent a lot of campaign donations buying up the Louisiana medical marijuana cartel. Our lawmakers and bureaucrats are going to do everything in their power to help them keep their corrupt shell game intact.
