I think I know what you’re talking about and if I’m not mistaken, I believe it was right after impact, not the actual impact itself.

Did y’all check out the other videos posted by the same guy? There is one called Horned Owl that has some really bizarre symbolism like he’s trying to drop nuggets. I find the timing of these drops incredibly fishy, but interesting nonetheless. Comments sections on all his videos are calling him out as CIA.

This is why we were in Iraq and Syria and trying to get into Iran when the so-called "terrorists" were supposedly headquartered in Afghanistan.

Found an article but it of course doesn't have the video.
I remember seeing it years ago, it was very low quality.
