Netflix/Wrestling Library Issues

Just wanted to watch WCW Bash at the Beach 1996 in honor of the 30 year anniversary of the Hogan heel turn, its pretty fricking simple and at least half the library is unavailable, they won't fix it because the wrestling fanbase is so small but goddamn is it annoying.
It would take some man-hours but a pretty simple solution is to just put the entire catalog in order for each company, PPV, shows, specials so people can watch it straight through based on the year
Should never have sold them the content.

This is why I have shite on DVD in albums.
Too bad I never upgraded to digital when WWE Network had all the PPVs, Clashes, etc, online.

I thought Peacock had the library currently.

Legend has it Eric Bishoff wanders the streets of Atlanta ready to tell the tale of Ted’s time as a king of the hunks to anyone that will listen.

Most people don't realize how close Bischoff came to putting Vince/WWE out of business.

This is the story of every great business. It’s seconds from making or missing the off-ramp

I don't really watch anymore- I've tried, but it's just not the same. Those Monday Night Wars were a thing of beauty- both companies bringing out the best in the other, each one trying to get a leg up.

This. A prime example of why competiton is good for the consumer.
I think social media also ruined wrestling. There's too much visibility into storylines and their personal lives now. No longer the mystery of back in the day.

Try the WWE Vault page on YouTube. It’s mostly individual matches and segments but it goes have some full events and weekly tv episodes. On the anniversary of a big show/storyline they’ll sometimes upload that specific event that it happened on in its entirety.

The hogan heel turn with NWO almost did it
Then stonecold, rock and DX saved WWF. Plus the mr mcmahon character.

We had it made when everything was on the WWE Network for $9.99. The switch to Peacock was the beginning of the end, and the move to Netflix killed it.

I still don't understand why they feel the need to give all the library out for another company to run - they're sitting on guaranteed revenue subscriptions to run it and decided to give it away for one lump sum.

Now you guys got me fan-boying out thinking about WM 30. Most fun weekend I’ve ever had. It was the first time I got to be a wrestling nerd out in public with about 200,000 of my fellow nerds out in the French Quarter. Seeing Taker’s streak end in person was surreal. I remember the whole crowd just being kind of confused and silent when they flashed 21-1 across the big screen
