He must’ve “refused to ruin the life” of this young man like those two scholars from Alabama.

This isn't just a Louisiana thing, but it's very much a LA thing.

The fact Jeff Landry’s office was involved reinforces my disdain for the man.

Don't know why this is a story. DWI 1st gets reduced 90% of the time, and if the chick he battered didn't want to prosecute, they didn't have any evidence

Slimy. And sloppily trying to cover it up. Good for them for printing those on the record comments. Duncan Jones sounds like a complete douchenozzle

I don’t know any of these people but that’s a nothing story with innuendo of corruption.

The guy is an attorney. Any attorney could have got the same for himself, and likely 90 percent of his clients.

He and his sister had drug problems when they were younger.
I always thought that may be one reason he let the football players walk.

Wonder if they bought from the same dealer that CRob, and Hootie used. Maybe they were the other people that were allegedly in the vehicle that night.

Daddy def. protected him and his sister.

Most people would do the same for their children but few are in a position to do so.
