I have a neighbor who plays loud music and his sub shakes the fricking wall. If said something to him and banged on the walls and he won't stop.
I live in a townhouse (Trashy I know). Also he is deaf.
I'm at a loss lol.

Easy. Complain to townhouse owners. If no resolution, call cops. If nothing else, either live with it or move out. Not difficult.

He's deaf but he can hear/feel the bass tones. He doesn't hear you banging on the walls. You need to go over there and kick his deaf arse and bust the subs
