I think you are on the right track with crepes. Also hit up a bakery every morning for croissants and pastries. Take them to neighborhood bistros where the staff will fawn over them. There must be a fabulous doll store there somewhere.
Thanks for the suggestions and link, Winkface.

I ate at a place in June that had a ton of different crepes, plenty for kids and it was a fun place. Wish I could tell you where the hell it was! I think st Germain area.

This is a trip I would have hated at that age. Go to the beach.

Versaille is cool. They have Marie Antoinette's farm village with farm animals, fish, ducks, etc.
I know it is not Paris but just a short train ride away.

Wink had the right idea..........a link to kids activities in Paris. Here's an additional link to consider.

I'm sure a 4 year old would love Paris.
Remember it forever.
It's your dime though.

Well, this was what I was coming to add.
That and just going up and down Champs de Elysees and finding some kid shops. They have a disney store with everything imaginable.

Isn't there a disneyland in Paris? That sounds like a good time for a 4 year old
F that noise. We aren't disney people.
I'm thinking of just letting them gorge on crepes with Nutella.
well you might not be Disney people, but I guarandamntee your toddlers are. Best thing we ever did was training out to EuroDisney for one day on a trip to Paris. Puts an end to the thoughts of going to Orlando and blowing all that cash on the stupid parks in hot/muggy central Florida.

Get on the Batobus. It moves through all the tourist sites on the Senne river. With small kids it will give you away to get through all the tourist sites without having to walk around much. As I recall you can get on and off at your leisure once you have a ticket.
You need to see the Louvre. While I don't know how much your kids will appreciate being inside the museum, outside the museum there are gardens and other things that kids could run around in and enjoy themselves. I believe there is also a merry-go-round near it.
Take the subway everywhere, it is one of the best in the world.

I loved that museum, but the damn thing was gigantic....a 4 and 6 year old would hate it.

I think s key (much like Disney World) will be making sure you are somewhere good when the kids want to take a nap. If you will have a stroller they can sleep in, plan make sure you have something good planned for then. Something inside, that has food, that you and the wife would be interested in.
