need some OT help - blonde rocker chick from the late 80's

She had long straight blonde hair, wife beater, and ripped jeans in her video.

The video is of just her in the ripped jeans (and maybe a wife beater) in a smoky room. She is just singing, down on her knees, rolling on the floor, etc.
