This is the most honest response in this thread. LOL at all the single dudes providing marital advice. Offers about the same value as Sharon Weston Broome providing advice on racial unity.

Damn. Dude ain't playin.
You have to be calm and diligent to get anywhere to find the truths.

I'm not talking about those posters mj. I'm talking about the ones that haven't ever been married promising all the strange he wants, leave her arse, etc. if they've never been married they should GTFO of threads like these.

Schedule B that we both agreed to, she owes me child support. However the amount was insignificant so I waived it. We split almost all expenses.
Anytime you can agree outside of a court fight everyone comes out better.
Well, that's a different story.

see the links I posted. That device magnetically attached to the frame on her vehicle and the box will waterproof it. Battery will last about a week before it will need to be recharged. Service will run around $45 a month. You won't be using it for long tbh. My ex actually had someone at a shop find the one on her vehicle but the damage had already been done. She even tried to have me arrested for having it on her vehicle. Sheriffs office laughed her arse out of the building.

If you keep reading there are other factors that can lean in his favor if she's already dating someone new.

Damn man thats crazy, yea I would say thats proof. Even though you know something is going on, i'm sure it's tough to actually see it.
It wasn't easy to look at. The other guy's wife sent everything. Now that was one angry chick.
I don't know who told your friend that pics of them laying together naked isn't proof, but that damn sure is.

That is crazy man. Much respect to you for getting thru something like that. I could not imagine having to see those types of pics of your wife. Just wow.

In the day and age of, "Gender Equality," the bah always takes it up the arse with a splintered piece of wood covered in sriracha sauce. I was able to prove her infidelity was the cause of the divorce, thus she couldn't get alimony. However since I made more than her the good ol state thought I needed to pay child support. Good luck.

You could forward all pics to me. I'll let you know what on them.

not believing in marriage <> having aggression
I love women and have an amazing girlfriend. However, i would never marry her or any other woman. I'm open to having children as that is a natural function of our bodies and species. Marriage is not anything close to that.

That really sucks man. Though obviously it would be best for all involved if the two of you could somehow work it out, if she's not willing to fight for it there's not much you can do.
Just really try to civil in front of the kid, and never bad mouth his mama. My parents got divorced when I was 11, and the two years between then and when my mother died from cancer were absolutely the worst years of my life.
I've had to let that sink in over the years. Even though I would give anything to have my mother back, there's no doubt my life got much simpler and more stable after she passed away.
The only other advice I have to give is to be sure to shoulder your portion of the responsibility for the divorce. That doesn't mean it's all or even mostly your fault or anything, but either you chose the wrong woman or drove a good woman away. If you can really face that part, you'll be better able to handle everything else. At least, that's what I've come to believe after talking to my dad and other divorced friends over the years.
Good luck buddy.
