Loved Up & Vanished
Dirty John
Serial
S-Town
Started Sworn but they don't provide any kind of conclusion.. it's just a few episodes and then on to the next. Weak!
What's a good one, murder mystery type?

True Crime Garage is one of my favorites.

I am not liking Up and Vanished season 2 nearly as much as I liked season 1. I, too, like Sworn. Ready for them to get back to it. But I like that host infinitely better than Payne Lindsey. I think the thing he did best Season 1 was get really good guests.

It's great. Wish the captain wasn't such a d bag but I don't let it stop me from listening.

Breakdown any good?
I want one with the same format as the aforementioned ones... 10-20 episodes about a mystery that won't leave you hanging at the end.

Small Town Murder
Covers a murder a week in rural towns with a comedic bent.

Covert: Best podcast out there. Great insights to intense spy capers.
Truth and Justice: They take a case and try to solve it, or try to get someone wrongly convicted out of jail. The current episode deals with a lady accused of killing her husband and locking her self in a closet.
Casefile: Worldwide crimes. Their series on Original Nighstalker is the best I've heard.
Louisiana Eat and Greet: Local eateries in Louisiana. Good down home stuff.
Legends of the old west: If you like westerns.
Unsolved: Guy interviews family of missing people.
Court Junkie: Inside court proceedings on interesting crimes.

Depends on the cases. They are most 2 episodes on one case. Have done a few with 4 or more though. They drink beer and just discuss the case mostly, not super in-depth like those.

My favorite podcast.
I don't need cold cuts that bad

Real Crime Profile may be more in that style format, I'm not as big on it though. It can become fairly monotonous episode to episode.

That dude won the lottery with first up and vanished. I find him incredibly OFFputting and annoying. And the freaking ads that he just goes to without pause are annoying and often tasteless. Like a home security ad when he's talking about a break-in and murder.

52 true crime podcasts to check out
I’m listening to Crimetown right now, and I’m really liking it.
Some other good ones on the list as well.

It may be like that now, early on it was 7-10 episodes per. They did the Making a Murderer case and OJ Simpson case and several with the Oscar Pistorious case.

I'm not sure, I haven't ever listened to some of the much older episodes because it just stops going back at some point.
