New orleans feb 10, at a friends place, counted 8 cop cars, ambulance and a fire truck all called in for one guy who appeared lifeless on a bench. Em After he was gone, cops were searching the street for something. Anyway would like to know the backstory and if the guy was alright.

Is there a way for me to figure out the backstory?

I passed out on the bench. Cops rousted me and gave me a hard time, so I told them I dropped all my bitcoins in the street. Idiots.

Your friend sold some bunk shite to an addict. They most likely used narcan on the victim and he snitched on you. Your only choice is to flee the state and never post again

Yep. Something to close the case. The guy probably died and will be one of the many that cause of death is "unclassified"

Because NOLA has so much other shite they aren't looking to solve ODs and accidental suicides.

You could check the murder map and see if they are classifying it as a murder.

If it is undetermined you might not want to poke around too much. Never know when they decide to keep your name on file or some other BS.
