Need excel help

Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone can help me with a formula for A3 below.
A1= amount
A2= election percentage
A3 = if the election percentage is >= 7, multiply amount by .04
if the election percentage is > 1 but < 7, multiply amount by .03
If the election percentage is <= 1, multiply by .02
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Might be easier to have three separate columns for over 7, 1-7, and under 1. Then have a column to pull the answer over.

You need to use the IF() function. It takes three arguments: a predicate, a value for when the predicate is true, and another for when it's false. You'll have two IFs, one containing the other.
