I would send a Christmas card with a brief note saying that you are thinking of her. She can reach out if she wants to.

Reach out in any way that makes you feel comfortable. I wouldn’t ask any questions relating to treatment, but I think any act of kindness is welcome. If you pray, pray for her often and let her know that you’re lifting her up. Offer to send her Door Dash etc. It may help to have someone outside of her immediate circle to talk to.
