Need advice from L.A . Tigers.

Mrs Dawg and I are in Redondo Beach and need a place take some friends out to dinner. Would love something on the water, funky chic, cool, but casual with good food. Thanks! RD. ( Is there a different board for this?)

Go to Hermosa or Manhattan if you want to eat on the water. Nothing really in Redondo.
HT Grill in Redondo was a favorite of mine when I lived there but it's not on the water
Whatever you do please do not go to Kincaids in Redondo. It's on the water but the food is very meh for the price.

Go to Steak & Whiskey right by the pier in Hermosa. Not on the water but you can walk to the water and pier right after you eat. It is in the busiest area of Hermosa so plenty to see and do.
Order the Brussel Sprouts if you go. The best you will ever have and taste more like candy.

I went there once about 10 years ago and thought the same thing. It was decent but didn't match up with the price. Great view though.
