Get the "same" part from lowes and bring it to LCR. Not the same part. Plus LCR has a much better selection. The parts are noticeably higher quality. Just turn the handles and the faucet. You can feel the difference.

Home depot has a good selection of elongated toilets and most come with the wax ring and bolts. If you need a wax ring they ar $1.35 I just bought one.
