I see people who have to tell doctors Medicare thinks their birthday is something different or their name is spelled incorrectly in the computer. Good luck getting it fixed.

If they get this fixed I would make Unakite her middle name just for the story.

The SSA gave me two SSNs and it screwed everything up. Incompetence at it's finest (I was not born in the US, but came here as an infant).

Our son's bio Mom gave him up at birth and didn't give him a name, so he was technically born Ollie Boy Baptist. Ollie is Ochsner's mascot, he was a boy, and he was born at Oschner Baptist on Napoleon. Orleans Parish DHSS had him in their file as Baby Boy Orleans so it was kind of a cluster doing any paperwork until we finalized the adoption and could change his name.
